Yak-141 was not given special treatment

Ki84 never reached 680 kmh IRL either unlike wt. Only 630

Most Japanese aircrafts are unrealistic in a way or another, simply cause GAIJNG need a bit more variation and the number of prototypes in the line is so huge that most nations need a lot of them to complete lines.

The special treatment it received is the fact that it is in regular tech tree. Unlike the F-20 Tigershark which Gaijin decided to block behind a 70$ paywall.

Fake, an attempt to pass off the data of an experimental prototype as the parameters of a production aircraft.

Yak-141 didn’t get a lower BR its BR is the equivalent of 12.0, identical to last time. And since you consider Swift, VB 10-02, Kikka, J7W1, SO8000, G56, XP50, Ho 229, Arado 234 C-3 all to all be paper aircraft, nothing you say is valid.

@Lucius_47
Not special treatment, read the rest of the list.

Actually, I have no issues with paper planes—after all, this game isn’t great as a simulator anyway. Its predecessor, IL-2 Sturmovik, had an entire ‘1946’ expansion with paper planes. The problem with this plane is that its overpowered missile flies against older planes and breaks the balance.

Well, no such OP aircraft exists in the list.
Yak-141 has never been OP as it’s always been at the same BR as superior aircraft.
There are even superior aircraft below its BR, and this has always been the case.

That’s nonsense. Just go into Sim EC 12.7 and see how the red team in MiGs and Yaks are racking up kills against Phantoms and Tomcats.

Phantoms, I can only say skill issue and Tomcats are too used to spamming missiles without opposition, US win rate and all nations with Phantoms have this issue so not Yak problem, the stupid premiums are the problem.

The phantoms would be better capable of fighting back against the Yak-141 if they equipped sparrows instead of bombs and rocket pods.

And weren’t fucking retarded , using the good missiles properly

Yak-141 - Depending on the prototype that Gaijin modeled, it may or may not have had its radar, but all of the prototypes lacked some avionics and fire control equipment, IRST, and their weapons.

  • Ho 229 - Actually has all of its instrumentation
  • Arado 234 C-3 - Actually has all of its instrumentation
  • XP-50 - Actually has all of its instrumentation
  • Swift F7 - Unless I’m getting this wrong, this were fully functional and equipped with missiles and its guns.
  • Kikka - Actually has all of its instrumentation
  • J7W1 - Actually has all of its instrumentation
  • VB 10-02 - Pretty sure these were also perfectly functional.
  • SO8000 Narval - Might have been missing its radar, but had everything else
  • G.56 - Potentially was missing its armament, but has everything else

The Yak-141 is missing the most out of all of these vehicles, it is not the “standard” that was used to add these vehicles to the game.

The R2Y2 series literally did not exist

Yak-141 is just another aircraft added to this list.

the best dogfighter in the game, the best missile set at the lowest br, the best gun in the game

yeah, it’s just “another aircraft”

Gripen?

Not sure why you’re talking about F-16A and Gripen.

i didn’t talk about the gripen nor f16.

Best dogfighter: Gripen, F-16A in 2nd.
Best missile set for their BR: Gripen and F-16A are up there, F-15 and Mirage 4000 are obviously better.
Best gun: 20mm Vulcan, 2nd to none.

So yes, you were talking about F-16.
Cause Yak-141 is not even top 5 on dogfight, Mig-29 runs circles around it in dogfight.
Its missile kit is mediocre cause even Mig-29 has it and it’s the same BR with a better airframe.
And the Soviet 30mm is at best in the top 5, not #1 tho.

here we go.

I didn’t talk about the f16 in any moment. The yak41 equals the ADF without thrust vectoring and can turn into a me163 with thrust vectoring and, unlike any of the vtol aircraft in game that tip over their nose when using hover, the yak41’s tail engine miraculously helps it pitch up despite providing twice the thrust of the engines it has behind the pilot seat (making it a complete unicorn flight model). It governs at any speeds.

Best missile set for their BR: Gripen and F-16A are up there, F-15 and Mirage 4000 are obviously better.

Pretending that the r27et and the r73’s are worse than the aim9m and magic 2’s when they clearly aren’t. All of this while sitting at a higher BR than the yak41.

Cause Yak-141 is not even top 5 on dogfight, Mig-29 runs circles around it in dogfight.

The F-5E turns inside the MiG19, and it’s not even a one circle aircraft. The Yak41 can pretty much rate along an ADF and one circle any aircraft any day of the week (this is, without VTOL). When VTOL is enabled it’s practically undefeatable because it noses around like a SpaceX rocket on void; no air resistance, no gravity, no stall. It noses wherever you point the mouse.

And the Soviet 30mm is at best in the top 5, not #1 tho.

2km of range, 900m/s, no dropoff. Coupling ballistics with the damage, it’s the best (considering it’s single impact of a single shell equals to that of four aden)
Other than the ridiculously low rate of fire, yes, it’s bester.

That is off-topic and R-73s is a lie.
As your posts prove, there’s no special treatment between Yak-141 and the other prototypes added before it.
