The XM800T canon sound is way too loud in gunner view, I try rebooting the game and my pc but no change at all. Even changing the volume in game.

Indeed, I don’t think it’s a bug, but intended, because the vehicle is already very quiet.
I have to agree. At this point it is a matter of player comfort. I have every other vehicle sounding good at my current volume, but if I use XM800T I really can’t handle the gunner sight shooting volume; it is excessively loud. War Thunder is a video game that must make concessions to player comfort and playability, and at this point it seems impossible even that the gunner in the vehicle would not lose all hearing when firing the weapon. Ear plugs or something would certainly be used. Most importantly, this just isn’t fun to play with as a result. I have to set fire rate to low to help.
