Why is there no WT live for the consoles? For example, I want to download sound and skins mods for my console, but WT live is missing. Will that come one day? I know that the marketplace is not allowed by Sony and Microsoft, but WT live?
Because you can’t have “mods” and skins like that on console. It’s not allowed on them. I’m sure if you changed some of the deep coding on it you could do it.

I can’t give you any specifics but I can tell you it has something to do with having to download the stuff separately from the games.
Here’s the thing, consoles can have modding support as long as it’s built in to the game, this is going off the ToS of Xbox and PSN, as Skyrim has for their console versions, it’s either that Gaijin thinks it would be to much of a hassle to do or they simply don’t wish to do it.
