Hello,
3 days ago I was playing online with friends in the BM-31 and mid match out of nowhere the game game me the Fatal Error message we all dread. No matter what I have tried the game now crashes a couple seconds after startup. The initial startup goes ok until it says “Connecting to sever” and that is where the crash occurs. Once I even got to the actual hangar for less than a second before the crash happened. I have been staring at FATAL ERROR EXCEPTION for hours now with no idea on how to rectify it.
Here is what I have tried:
Updating drivers
Reinstalling drivers
Verifying files via Steam and WT launcher
Deleting and reinstalling WT twice
Installing WT via the launcher
Disabling anti-virus
I honestly have no idea was is happening and am concerned as this is out of left field. I submitted a ticket to support and submitted the information needed such as the DxDiag.txt file and the diagnostics gathered by the launcher. If anyone has any information for me I would greatly appreciate it.
If PC specs matter here is the surface info:
CPU - Ryzen 5 5600G
GPU - RTX 3060
16 GB RAM
3 TB SSD with more that 15% clear on each drive so caches run fine.
