Hello everyone,
I was recently banned from War Thunder, even though my last session was on April 9th, 2025. I’ve played the game for over 700 hours and have invested several hundred euros, so this situation is very upsetting for me.
I’ve already contacted support, but unfortunately, they couldn’t provide any help or a clear explanation. I still have video recordings from April 9th via NVIDIA Highlights, which could easily be compared to the gameplay logs on the server.
My stats are also quite poor, definitely not what you’d expect from someone using cheats. If I ever intended to cheat, I could’ve just created a new account, which clearly isn’t the case. None of this makes sense to me, and I strongly believe the ban was a mistake.
I’ve uploaded all my highlight videos, and I kindly ask you to take a look and judge for yourselves. If you’d like, I can also upload the full recordings of the matches for further review.
Maybe someone here has experienced something similar or can point me in the right direction. I’d really hate to lose all my progress and time after 700+ hours of playing.

RIP, best of luck getting unbanned. I definitely wouldn’t expect a player who is so financially invested in an account to cheat on it, so I believe you. Hopefully you get this figured out.

Support are the only ones with any kind of insight into your case and the answer they gave you is the only one you will be able to get.

Thanks for taking the time to respond.
I completely understand that the forum isn’t the place to resolve account actions directly. However, I hoped that by sharing my case publicly, maybe someone from the community or moderation team might take a second look or offer advice, especially since I genuinely believe a mistake has been made.
I’ve received a response from support stating that the decision is final and won’t be reviewed, but I still wanted to provide all the evidence I have, including full match recordings, in the hope that someone might be willing to take another look. After spending over 700 hours and investing a lot into the game, it’s really disheartening to be left with no further options or real explanation.
If there’s truly no path forward, I understand, but I felt it was worth at least trying to get some clarity or reconsideration.

Yeah, it just doesn’t make sense to me either. I’ve spent so much time and money on this account, cheating on it would be the last thing I’d do. I’m really glad to hear you believe me.
I don’t know if there’s anything else I can do at this point, but I’m still holding onto a bit of hope.

I understand the frustration and desperation. But sadly Support are the only authority in this case, they are the last line of escalation for bans of this type.

I get it, Support is the final word on this kind of thing, and I respect that. I just really wanted to make sure I did everything I could to understand why this happened and see if there was any chance to clear things up.
I’ll accept the decision for now, but I’m still holding onto a little hope that maybe something could change down the road.
