Wrong region

I purchased 190 Golden Eagles on February 6, 2026. I purchased through the website and used my visa card. I live in Brazil and never leave the country. When I made the purchase, I selected Brazil as the region and made the purchase.
Today when I went to buy more premium account days, my account was located in China, but the day before I selected Brazil!

And now I’m going to have to wait 3 months to change regions? I don’t know if there was a bug but now I’ll have to pay double for the same number of golden eagles? This is bullshit!

First i recommend double checking your most recent logins on the main War Thunder website so that your account hasn’t been compromised. (log in, click your username top right, “security settings” and “login history”)

Secondly i don’t think you should purchase anything while it’s set to a region that you are not in as that can be a risk and might get picked up as an attempt at fraud.
