Statshark’s E-M graphs aren’t very reliable and you can easily find inaccuracies in some jets when measuring STR at different speeds.
Notoriously, low speed data is often inaccurate in Statshark. And I don’t know why but F-16’s graphs aren’t reliable at all to compare to each other even at high speed turn rates
The F-16I sufa is for a fact, slightly heavier than the PoBit. Like I said, dry weight is slightly less, but add the 2nd pilot and its heavier.
I can do a quick speed test and measure drag, but IIRC it’s higher for the sufa

You also have to take into account that the F-16I sufa has less internal fuel tank capacity and as such, on minimum fuel it is carrying less fuel weight than the PoBit. When you are comparing them on statshark, you are comparing them at different fuel weights, which will favour the sufa.
In an actual match, the PoBit is the better dogfighter if both have equivalent fuel weight.

Yes but as a D Block 30, would give some variety by adding a twin-seat instead of yet another single seat F-16. Or have a Nlock 40 with the War HUD.

It was, right now its either a draw or the pobit (and maybe the sufa too) might be a little better.
If you can survive the block10 trying to force the 1C in it’s first counter 2C turns, you will get the rate advantage. Even though the block10 has the better instantaneous turn rate due to lower wing loading, the pobit still has very decent bleed rates at maximum turns.
The block10 is still very good, and it’s easier to fly, the margins are small.

Thats kinda when I feel like the balance is best in game. This vehicle isn’t outright better, but has a few ups and down compared to the other.
I think it could fit well at 13.3, considering it lacks HMD.
Walrus says this is wrong and the matchup of F-16s hasn’t changed.

He never did an F-16 vs F-16 matchup video since Block 10 being a good bit better is something that basically everybody knows.
Low speed rates on Statshark are more accurate than using the WTRTI turn rate function due to the way it uses localhost Ny value which is taken at the wrong reference point so gives false readings at higher angles of attack.
This is why F-15 turn rate report ultimately went nowhere. In-game Ny value has the be adjusted based on angle of attack before getting put into turn rate equation.
I know what are you talking about, but the WTRTI at VERY low speeds is off by less than 1deg/s from my testing. Where Statshark for some jets is off by a lot more than that. WTRTI at usual rate speeds is almost accurate, with an error of 0.1-0.2deg/s more or less.

WTRTI was off on the F-15 by around 1.5 degrees per second. Similar issue with MiG-29 and Su-27 at low speeds.
I use a faster update interval than the default settings, maybe that helps
It depends on which XL we get.
The twin seater gets an upgraded engine and intake, so it can supercruise.
If we don’t get the XL-2 (twin seat) I’d say it’ll have better ITR than the F-2 but worse STR.
I re-redid a quick STR tests between the block10 and pobit, the block10 can actually match the STR on most speeds, and might be better by 0.1-0.2deg/s. At slower speeds has a higher advantage by almost a deg/s overall. So I correct myself, and the block10 is still the best in a duel.
Don’t know if anything changed since I was messing about testing the sufa a while ago, because IIRC I got a little higher STR readings than the F-16C block50 did, which matched roughly at high speeds with the block10 IIRC, at least back then. Haven’t tested that recently.
BTW, stat shark is off by around 2.4deg/s at slower speeds for the block10, that is a huge discrepancy. At high speeds is correct, at least for the SEP0 line. The max lift boundary curve is way off too.
