Would The F-15E and The Su-35 Work?

So, does anyone think that the F15E and The Su-35 would be a fair update?

I mean yes in theory they would be fine.
TBH the F-15E could be added right now in the 1991 Desert Storm configuration where it was limited to Sparrows only and it would be fine.

But if like far in the future when they add the C-5/C-8 AMRAAMs and R-77-1s or something yeah I could see these two being added

I might believe gaijin no problem F-15E early batch before late batch this quarter because configured in the desert shield & dersert storm from August 1990 to 28 february 1991, modern Air-to-Air & Air-to-Ground armament and already in game, no the early stand-off missile and before AIM-120A AMRAAM service 7 months after desert storm
