It was a joke, although there is some relation imo, since AW is owned by Leonardo now. Anyway for Italy there are many other more suitable helicopters, which could be potentially added.

Its a better MKM, which is 14.3, They won’t nerf the armament to make it a premium, CF-188 and MiG-21 Bison already exist as rank 8 premiums
All TVC Su-30s are rank 9, which is above the current max premium rank
Will this helicopter also be fitted with anti-ship weaponry or are there no plans for this yet, since helis are not useable in sim EC or nuclear thunder?
Many companies merge or change ownership. However we do not consider this the basis for a connection.
The design, development and testing was done in the UK. The helicopter itself is a development of the Lynx. Italy and their armed forces havent shown any real interest in the helicopter themselves. So the fact AW became part of Leonardo now is not grounds for implementation to Italy.

pity. the starstreaks pretty bad, would like an alternative missile
who knows who, everything can happen considering who we are talking about, i know the MKI would be high in BR, neither matters the premium units already present too (china ground 11.7 or germany air 11.0 for example) or if it has extremely modern equipment…but again many times it happened of limited equipment to accomodate premium or lower BRs…let’s see if it comes ¯_(ツ)_/¯
The CM dispensers (2 in the aft-fuselage/tail, 2 under the landing gear outriggers) are yet to be added, right?
Current UK Wildcat HMA.2 deployment in Cyprus also has a new cylindrical RF-datalink radome under the rear fuselage that replaces some of the blade antennas.
Looks like the SPIKE-NLOS datalink antenna, but integrated into the fuselage rather than suspended from the side of the airframe.
But this might only be on a trials basis for controlling UAS etc.
Let’s hope the Stormer HVM gets the LMMs as well

Irish AML 90s were historically fitted with laser rangefinders and night vision equipment in the 90’s
