With all the issues with the PUMA, id rather have the ammo rack bug fixed first, since the whole point of the ammo rack is to safely discharge blown up ammo and retreat, instead you get all your electronics modules and tracks disabled for some reason.
But when it comes to the MUSS issues, I don’t expect Gaijin to ever care enough to fix it
Wonder if we will go another 6 months for the ammo rack fix.
@Smin1080p_WT i’m gonna be honest i feel the PUMA just Will never get fixed i have worked on collecting info but there has nothing been done to the PUMA with all the info and it honestly demoralizes me how easy is it for devs to half fix a problem, say “it’s already fixed” and just abandon it just for us to make bug reports see as they get passed but nothing else happens, under the excuse of devs working on other Bugs wich i’ll grant it but still dosent explain that they already “fixed a thing” and it’s still broken such as the muss aps for the PUMA only reacting at 100 meters

Tbf, it only works against older generation SACLOS ATGMs. Not any that have irccm or dont operate on saclos mechanics.
The roland is SACLOS upto 50 or 500m after which it follows the radar beam. (Or at least it should be)
So if ur further than that. Youll get hit.
what about against Spikes, shouldnt the MUSS blind the missile?
Afaik, muss 1.0 does not have that capability
MUSS does not work on the frequency of the spikes, possibly MUSS 2.0 but still not completely sure
Looks like the weapon system is from the YPR-765 RPI. That also explains why Germany and the Netherlands both tested it.
I hope gaijin adds the spike Wiesel this year, it’s already passed as a suggestion i think.
