Well aside of gbu 39, you can also use a plane with rockets and ballistic computer. That worked for me, using the mig21 and that german trainer jet, there must be a premium aircraft with those 2 things for sure.

My recomendation for rockets strikes should be at max br 11.0
So you can take as many ai targets without being killed by aam.
Personally i like taking the normal rockets in air rb, less people interrupting me while killin ai.
Also you can activate the ground killing order.

The A-6E Tram fits that BR, if anyone has it. Did it get added permanently for GE’s since they removed it from the store? I can’t remember.
Also the A-10A, the Hydra rockets work pretty well for me.
Oh, and the AV-8A has rocket loadouts too, fwiw.
And and the F-5C.
For US anyway. Idk as much for other countries.
OH! One obvious one for RU is the Su-25K.

OH DERP! I was thinking about the in match ORDERS which ARE doubled by Premium Vehicles, but the WAGERS like you talked about first are NOT affected by Premium Vehicles! Sorry! I am going to edit my previous posts to clarify. Doing BOTH Wagers AND Orders is even more $$$. Making more coffee, will edit in a bit. Cheers bro!

Well there is the new su30mk2, with the kab 1500 to take 3 ai at the same time, so 3 x 3 is 9 and 4 kab 500 that make easy 13 ai ground strike, but good luck at that tier

All SL boosters get used on USA 5.3 naval AB USA premium lineup.
Even without boosters naval is still a SL farm.
