Windowed fullscreen alternatives

Its been a while since gaijin locked the mouse cursor in the windowed fullscreen mode (wich does not made any sense imo, that is the point of windowed fullscreen).

There are solutions to this such as boderless gaming for steam, windowed boderless gaming for windows in general, shift window and a few others.

Are these programs allowed?

Have you tried using the map screen to see if it allows you to break out of the main window?

Yes but nothing works. The only way is to alt tab.
