Will Xbox be able to buy the new Brazil themed pack. I specifically want the title. I hope that if there is no way to buy the pack it self, that I can still get the title.

They don‘t do transferring to a pc Account Right now. Nobody knows when the Service will be continued

The transferring should come back in like a year. I already play on PC its just I want access to the marketplace. I found out gaijin made challenges for the AMX-1A to where you can get the title.
