Would missiles like these ever have a place in war thunder or do we need bigger maps first before that even happens?
Bonus: How would 5th gens work here when the time eventually comes? (There is no way gaijin would skip the F22 for that cash grab)
Not in the near future but eventually, bigger maps would definitely be a bigger part of it and WT’s spaghetti code will definitely have a fun time with stealth aircraft but the F-86 was top tier once, everything will come in time

I would hope they get larger AI aircraft for more task types and destruction of enemy AI vehicles will be the objective.
if you add meteor you might as well add PL-15 and AIM260 while you’re at it tbh

Thats a massive stretch, by all public information aim 260 should be basically a done deal. Highly lilely to enter service before 2030.
