this is not a possibility, this is impossible. Gaijin doesn’t choose the best possible feature for an aircraft when not much is known. They look at previous aircraft with known stuff.
Things can alway change if needed…
They’ll change when they’re no longer seen as useful changes. I still have a bug report on the P-51H’s gunsight that never even got looked at 2 years later. They’ll only consider changing it when it no longer matters to the playerbase.
They do it just fine with russian and chinese missiles

Thing with patents is that they are only “proofs of concept”. You’d need to prove that tyhr system as really existed in this form to make a report for it.

but that isnt a requirement for them to nerf its performance
they can do that purely off vibes, to the point that it no longer reaches its known G limt
As pointed out by Flame in another thread, HOBS means something other than what people think it means.
In addition, the AIM-120D will have increased range and third party targeting which expands the HOBS launch envelope.

We know how this works. HOBS maneuvers are just GPS enabled English Bias. So it’s basically precomputed prior to release, and tell it where to look and what to look for.
