Will gaijin bring back the Sturmtiger as an event tank or some sort of coupon?

They should bring it back since many people missed it, and I am one of them. Why not on the marketplace, or as an returning event, or maybe buy it for real money

Its been in i think 1 of the SL crates they bring back every few months, just save up and hope you get lucky.

Just be aware that you will need to grind a lot of SL. On average one gets a vehicle drop every 200-300 crates. And to get the vehicle you want out of like 40 sth is very unlikely. Make sure you at the very least safe up 90 Mill + if you want a high chance
