why is account transfering removed and when wil it come back ?

I think I made it pretty clear that nothing is happening with it since the last summer when we stopped accepting the transfer requests and cleared up any remaining tickets. The system that we had with semi-manual handling of each request is clearly not suited for the number of people asking for transfer. And reenabling it requires some extensive automation we have no manpower to dedicate to right now with so many more urgent tasks. So for the time being it’s in the backlog with ‘maybe some day’ status.

is it aslo not sony related ? the dont want you to transfer cus then the cant make money of you

I do not know, i have no connection to development and no contact with the developers. Game Masters handle in-game chat and name bans. I just happened to know the answer and were to find it :)
