I’d suggest Germany or Russia, they have great tanks with good guns and are easy to play at lower tiers.

Sweden or USA.
Sweden has broken low tier tanks with APDS at 1.0 to 13.0, also they have lots of unique vehicles and playstyles, “forcing you” to learn them will help you with the other TT’s.
USA would be a solid choice, I’m currently grinding USA myself, mostly because I wanna prove US mains that the Abrams is indeed not ass, and their AF is broken asl.

Sweden if you plan to grind all the way to top tier. Germany and USSR for good tanks (German tanks have no armor between 8.0 and 10.3). UK for spitfires. China if you want to experience both USSR and US tech trees without grinding both trees
