Why won't Gaijin implement newer, more modern ships?

They successfully did so with War Thunder Mobile (THEY EVEN GOT THE CASPIAN SEA MONSTER), so why don’t we get them too?

Hmm, oh, I don’t know; perhaps because PC is not the same as the Mobile field? What works on Mobile will not work on PC instantaneously?

They’ll powercreep forward of the 1970s we’re currently at in time, as they’ve done previously.
That’s my ongoing prediction.

Lets use our brains for a bit instead of being annoying and think why mobile shows that on PC can work:

There’s enough demand
There’s good integration (within arcade) between plane and ship
Gaijin has experience with modelling them
It showed MISSILE WARFARE can work
It showed SUBMARINE warfare can work
It showed modern torpedoes can work
It showed over-the-horizon missiles can work

C’mon

Because Gaijin is taking their sweet, sweet time updating that dead mode.
But by the 2030 you can expect to have something there.

Missile Warfare->1 ship already exists on PC: It doesn’t work; that single ship has already proven that it works on paper.

Submarine Warfare: We had multiple events in the past related to Submarine Warfare on PC long before Mobile users existed. It also did not work.

Modern Torpedoes: I fail to see this is any different to pre existing in game torpedos which often miss their target unless you are using a small PT boat.

“Over-the-horizon”: Once again, just because it works on paper does not mean it works practically.
Missile Warfare is still considered not a fun experience: You spawn in you are dead as quickly. It took years for it to be where it is, and it still isn’t considered fun by many. I surely would love to die by a missile that came out of nowhere. That’s surely a fun experience, especially with ships.

because gaijin is incompetent in general and anyone spending money on this game just continue to enable that

You just took my entire comment and said Nuh Uh

One ship, that has no enemy similar to it, and a 2016 event vs a gamemode that actively flourishes on an environment almost the same as the PC version, with fun gameplay, interesting event vehicles and working mechanics that outshine its “proper” PC counterpart.
“missile warfare no fun” but using only broken aircraft mechanics as reference

Dunno what’s your argument here mate

Naval is already dealing with awful br compressuon and bad mechanics.

because getting you BB snapped in half by an over the horizon cavitation warhead would be absolute cancer.

Dude, your whole comment was no different.
You said “Can” and “Work” over 8 times.

where did you see that? i wouldn’t call it successful a lot of people left the game including me when the first missiles were added in navy and their rank system is horrible

Balance and the fact mobile naval also lacks coastal and air iirc.

That’s why all but one missle armed vessel are sams or atgms last I checked.

A lot more joined

Of course I did because we’re talking hypotheticals, how is anyone supposed to argue about plausibility of something to be added without using two positive verbs

The terrain on maps can certainly help prevent that.

Tell me, where do you put a Soviet small missile corvettes such as Project 1234? They have no armour, they are small, they have a limited sector of fire and their missiles aren’t that advanced.

Somewhere around 6.0-6.7 would be reasonable right? Right around WW1 Battleships…

lol, ww1 battleship dealing with guided, flying torpedoes.

Ever heard of br decompression

They would do minimal damage to them since they would hit the armor belts. Plus besides EC mode BB guns would be in range of these ships
With current maps

BBs>missile ships
