YES WE HAVE 2 " Su-7BMK / Pr.183 BM-21 "
There is the Pr.183 BM-21 coastal boat with the rockets but I can only think of that one:
Edit: There is also the Egyptian Su-7BMK, but it is now hidden unless you own it.

Kinda surprised they removed so many flags that would make sense for that tree, kinda bummed military branches or Ex nations ain’t possible either (looking at that Imperial Russian Navy Ensign), would also at least look cool to fly the Egyptian flag as they didn’t just get that Project 183R BM-21 as the Egyptian navy also used several Soviet ship types currently in game like the Project 30 destroyer.

Because it might just be nobody owns the egyptian vehicles and thus cannot get the flag
A flag appears in battle if you’re using a tank from the same country, like the Syrian T-72 you’ll find the Syrian flag in the battle.
I know how the system is supposed to work I was just asking to see if the system is not working or the OP just misunderstood how it works
