no, Condor came AFTER walleye
it was cancelled because of its costs and because harpoon was in development.
shouldve been in the game years ago but it rivals the kh38 so we will never see it.
given how many pantsirs are eating HARMs I doubt we are going to get more NATO fast ATGMs any time soon

if you are talking about AARGM-ER I know its confirmed but we will have to see how gaijin models it
I doubt it will be as fast as HARM within ~10-15km
its got a giant motor, it will probably be better than HARM at any range

The said that they are adding it to bridge the performance difference between the harm and the kh31, it wouldnt make any sense to add it and not be better than the harm itself
except its dual pulse and much longer range
so they might be referring to the performance gap at long ranges which is only really important in the nuclear option mode but is a very large gap
If they model the dual pulse as on the alarm it will still affect at ranges that you can get at ground rb
