I’d say it is relevant, as it is an experimental/a prototype aircraft, and I’m discussing experimental / prototype aircraft. eg YF-23 was meant to have features that never fully existed on the prototype in the competition, but it was intended to. It could receive that treatment to be viable (distant future ofc).

The rules on incomplete prototypes have never changed in War Thunder and have been with War Thunder since the first days.
