i disagree on China, we have gotten half baked vehicles, some were added way too late, others in the worst configuration possible, model errors etc.
I think China got the buffs bc they share almost same vehicles as ussr. Same applies to german t72 and britsh t90.

They do spawn but they have finite ammo and usually run out of missiles before they can intercept. when you need 5 AAs just to deal with the sheer amount getting sent at you there is a problem.
