Sadly, I dont wanna grind 1 year to play that I bought the premium version so I can “enjoy” top toer while also grinding the german tech tree, plus in almost all other nations theres a top tier jet which is exactly the same as the tech tree one and it has fox 3s. Let alone russia
With a premium it will take you less than a year, premiums allow a pretty fast grind. And again, the 14.0 hornet is a worse experience.
You’re rather new to this, you gotta take time to learn how to play the thing. Warthunder takes time to learn and the higher you go in ranks the more complicated the gameplay becomes, it’s normal that you have a hard time at first since you jumped straight at top tier
You skipped learning neccesary energy managment ,map positioning and game flow in slower enviroment of props and early cold war planes and jumped straight to top tier with help of premium. Your highest TT plane is rank 3. Then nothing, then premium swiss hornet.
Now, not only you have to learn energy managment and map positioning but you also have to also learn radar, radar missiles, IR and IRCCM IR missiles on top of that, all at the same time.
You then proceed to suggest adding unneccesary ARHs to perfectly fine premium to bridge this knowledge gap you yourself made.
Entertain me.
Imagine AMRAAMs do get added to the swiss premium hornet. What will happen once you realize these do absolutely nothing to solve that knowledge gap you yourself created by skipping straight to the top tier? Will you ask for AIM-9X as well?

7P armed hornets are amazing planes.
There is some elegance to SARH slinging with them.
And, if they werent uptiered to 13.3 so often id say they give new player more than ARH premium, provided the new player wants to learn how to properly utilize their strengths.
With all of the above in mind, I played exactly one ARH Hornet (coincidentally swiss one) and the experience was so…special… that im not going to do it again in the foreseeable future, at least not in context of ARB as now i downgraded it to CAS plane.

This forum, like every forum and discord server of a large community, is doomed to have the same exact conversations repeat themselves because the community is filled with a ton of the same exact people making the exact same mistakes, rejecting the fault on usually the exact same thing and thus asking for the exact same thing. We will never run out of these guys, there’s always one more and they never think someone else asked before

Funnily enough I wouldnt call this one out as standard “skill issue”. Lets be fair, we all started somewhere.
But.
Hes simply too new to make such balancing suggestions, missing a lot of context and not really thinking it through.

I don’t really like when people bring up stats in arguments, but honestly it was pretty expectable. I mean, the grind is what makes you learn skills one after another gradually and when you reach top tier you should have successfully gained all the necessary skills to do decently at least. If you jump at the most complicated meta straight away it’s almost impossible to have even half decent stats

let me make my yap a bit shorter so yes these should get aim120s because doing BVR with these is non existant but should they get ruined at 14.0 I don’t think so what we do almafa is we wait until we get the real hornets like the C late and the super hornet yes a aim120 would make mostly everything easier for our grind but it would make it harder dodge MIca EM from a rafale with 30 chaff please no but yes bro we must understand the jet become 1 with jet I still got sum work to do with my hornet too
why are we calling level 40-50 new players (like me) we have still been playing for close to a year or in this case 4 years on this guys part now I really don’t want my hornet to get to 14.0 which is where gaijin will put it but this is NOT a new player but ik you will just call everyone under level 100 new
here’s a bit more yap j10 , euro , and rafales are very annoying they go in circles flaring and chaffing and doge EVERY fox 3 and fox3 coming at them then blow you up with a aim120, pl12, or MICA EM, its not too nice up there against these monsters only way to get one with skill is in the BVR using TWS launch on my pl12s or I just let out F15s or j10s on my team handle them and this is in a su30MKK a f-18c early is outmatched by a lightyear up there it would require alot more than aim120s for it to be gud
The B one are apparently the best version of the Aim-120s ingame and people use it at 14.7 to compete with the MICA and R-77-1
