Why the f-15e dont have de AESA radar?

The game version is clearly Suite 5, but it’s missing the AESA radar

And this is just another case of selective bias on the part of the Japanese regarding NATO fighter/tank aircraft

  • Introduced: 2020s

  • Weapons Integration: Integration planning for next-generation and hypersonic weapons

Its the F-15E that did not have AESA radar (older F-15E). They would most likely add a new F15E (Which would be F-15E RMP or they will skip RMP and add F-15EX first) with AESA radar rather than giving it AESA radar just like they are doing with other jets.

It would be interesting if the AESA radar were a modification similar to what the Su-24 has.

That would be better but i don’t think gaijin will do that, Instead they would add another plane with could possible need around 450k or 500k rp to grind like they have been doing

It would more than likely push the F-15E up to 14.3 and they probably want the F-15E to remain at 14.0

If it gets to that point, then it’s best to add the F-15EX.

i think we will see this update a upgraded f-15e or the f-15ex at 14.7. with its strong engine and buffed FM it could fight well against other 14.7br jets. remember what we have learned though the eurofighter is for top tier raw plane performance and powerful radar in WT matters. a upgraded F-15e is the only jet that can go against other 4.5gen aircraft in game while the f-15 GE and f/a-18e just don’t have the power to deal with other 14.7 jets. i have a feeling they are testing what makes a effective top tier jet in WT and that’s why the eurofighter and others keep getting moved up cause they just are that good in game.

It could also be a PoBIT instead of F-15E RMP or F-15EX

It’s better to add the F15EX because by the end of the year it’s likely to come 5th generation.

Because the F-15E with an AESA radar is a different variant of the F-15E.
People forget that there are dozens of F-15E and C variants.

The F-15E in the game is compatible with the version that has the AN/APG-82.
