there are a few tanks which you can actually move up in br…, but most of them arent found by such kinds of complaints…

the vehicles you can argue are the type 60 sprg, mainly all arty, maybe the type 93, type89(maybe),chi ri 2(maybe) and type 16… but I havent played the funny vehicles in the other nations to compare them properly…
The entire Japan’s battle rating 9.0 line-up are in a huge advantage, I’ve been playing it for a few time, and with the recent addition of the Thailand sub-tech tree and the Alpha Jet A made this even more stronger.
The Type 89 IFV certainly is one of the best vehicles at this line-up, except by the missiles which I rarely use, the 35 mm autocannon is more than enough to deal damage or completely destroy and enemy target with ease, not to talk about the Type 93 APDS-FS that the Type 74 at such low battle rating with similar performance of an DM23.
I hate the thai subtree, it looks like they only gave toptier slightly better cas options(especially 11.0)
And about 9.0, the lineup feels great, but 9.7 is peak, Type 93(you can add the type87 spaa), type 16 and the ICV(i think its called type24) are really funny to play…, gen 3 thermals at 9.0ish br…(no type 74 bc the best one you have to buy with ge…)
And the ah1s/kisarazu is also nice you more or less have bad weapons in trade for a good overall helicopter.
The JM33 cannot pen a T-72B series turret from the front anywhere but the tinny gun mantlet even at point blank and can only just get trough the UFP if you are straight on to it, the 1989 model will stop the JM33 if it hits the ERA.
Type 90 is very good, but not enough to justify it going up in BR, especially with the additional modules being added.
Go play 9.3 and see how many matches are up tiers to 10.3, where I could make all the same arguments about the 10.3 tanks, that you make about the Type 90.
Although I would bet the issue is that given only USA, Japan and Israel have 11.3 line ups, China has an 11.0 line up, but everyone else jumps from 10.7 to 11.7/12.0, so the 11.0/11.3 line ups are being constantly split between up and down tiers as there is no games at their actual BRs.
Also consider that if you move the 11.3s up it wont be long until the 10.3 are going to 10.7 then being up tiered to 11.7 matches. Look at what happened when they moved the early cold war tanks up in BR to get them out of WW2 matchmaking, everything else started to over preform and went up in BR and now not only faces the same stuff they complained about to begin with but even more powerful stuff to!
Type 90b at 11.3 is fine after gaijin nerf its protection awhile ago. 4s autoloader and good mobility are its strength, but it also has bad gunner optics, first-gen thermal, glued transmission and jm33 just mediocre.
Merkava 3 series is also at 11.3, which is truly bad in this tier. Basically has 9.3-10.0 level protection and mobility, average loading speed, below average gun depression among nato tanks, first-gen thermal only on gunner, the only good stuff is its apfds, larser warning, and endless smoke.
