i dont know if u think im crazy but i think all premiuns should be copy paste planes maybe with different versions and small differences of tech tree planes, and Gaijin should introduce tech tree variants of all premiuns planes in game.
Restricting an airplane model to only being paid or premium is not a good thing.
The issue is usually what is being C&P as a premium, not necessarily that its a C&P premium.
Because I do agree, but they could be more unique C&Ps.
I.e, instead of the F-18 for Britain, why not a Saudi Tornado F3? (give it 9Ms and it would be a similar BR probably)
instead of the F-16 for France, why not a Mirage 2K5F?
There is also just the case of them picking bad things to begin with too. Like the new Swedish premium AJS37 or picking the weakest possible CR2 for Britain. Etc etc.
So its not necessarily about them being a C&P. Id want a little flavour sure, but im fine with a C&P (Gimme a Buc S50 with RATOs as a premium please) but they could do with a little more effort in making the premiums unique from other premiums. I can almost gurantee that we’ll see near identical premium F-16s added to at least 2-3 more nations this year
i understand and share your point, but for me the main problem its only 3 nations already have BR 13.3+ premiuns planes, i think they should introduce more for the nations dont have, even if you need to put more f16 if that is the case, what you will put to israel?, im waiting to long to play this nation and i dont want to start from 0 again, grinding in this game its to long and there is to many nations, i think this its the real problem of the game, to many nations = to many start from 0 again, the farming and progression its endless, israel and other small nations should be merge with bigger ones.
Or maybe a system if you unlock a rank in a bigger nation for example in usa tech tree you should be unlocked too in a small nation like israel.
On the grounds that Israel already has a premium F-16, then I think the best option then would be a premium F-15 for 13.7. Or maybe a Kfir C10? (im not hugely familar with all the options israel has open to them)
But the point is, if you picked carefully with that in mind in the first place, you can mitigate the spam of the same premium.
Nations that could get F-16 fox-3 premiums imo are:
US
Italy
Sweden
Israel
France (As already seen)
China
The question therefore should be, which ones need it and which ones could get something else?
Israel: F-15, Kfir C10
France: Mirage 2K5F, Mirage F1
China: J-10? (though do already have a fox-3 premium, so maybe nothing else for now)
Italy: Maybe Spanish AV-8B+?
US: Many options
Sweden: Gripen? (Does already have the viggen, but its not that strong of a premium)
So out of that list, only maybe Italy would need a premium F-16 with fox-3s as im not sure what else they could really get before a Typhoon DA premium.
So, TLDR, if they put a little more thought or effort into it. Everyone could get something without everyone getting the same thing, and that is the part I dislike the most, everyone just getting the exact same premium.
In the case of the AJS they literally said they have nothing else they could get money off of so they made up a fake jet to add
Gripen unlikely as we already have the Squadron Gripen and the C in game so unless gaijin wants to make a fake Gripen they have nothing left premium wise
