Why my RWR dosent catch russian radar form mig23 and many else?

While I play RB or Sim, I just dont get a ping from russian missail flying at me. Why?

What plane are you using?

The Mig-23 uses J band radar, which is a band that many RWRs around that BR aren’t able to detect.
