The reverse speed in the manual all claim -12mph or -19kph

Someone submitted a Brazilian Army manual about the CD850 transmission, which stated a reverse speed of -12 km/h. As a result, Gaijin has adjusted the reverse speed of all M46, M47, M48, and M60 tanks to this value. Since the original reverse speed for the M48 and M60 was -9 km/h, this change can be considered a buff. However, it’s unclear why the M46 and M47 were also affected. I don’t know if the M46 and M47 actually used the CD850 transmission.
