it is busted, the T-34 85 its a really good tank the IS3 its also a really good tank and the yak 9K its an insanely good plane too, specailly after it recieved APHE wich makes it really good at CAS now
MAUS its a really good tank the IS6M its too and the T90M its decently good because it at least has something to compensate for no reverse speed whatsoever wich its having a spall liner and having extra armor and better coverage overall

It wasn’t very successful before, and I don’t see any reason why being good is a problem. Only because it killed you and made you rage-quit a 4.0 match - and those have an uptier rate of over 90% - that does not mean it is broken or Biased-towards, is it so?
you dont get me, it was more limited to attack ground targets by only having AP wich was good it could pierce most tanks at the roof at its BR but after it recieved APHE its unbalanced and im not talking about “oh im gonna cry cuz i got killed by it” i have genuinelly seen that thing obliterate stuff at Ground with a few shots to the point of being absurd, im talking from medium to even some heavy tanks getting absolutely mauled by it, now there isnt much of a need to aim for crew when you can just pierce and u take at most 4 shots to get rid of a ground target
at 7.3 its a fine BR it gets a good shell with decent mobility and really good armor, only heat and apds can do something reallisitcally and only a few AP from the french can kind of penetrate the mantlet but that’s about it, when i was early to the game and i got the IS3 i really enjoyed it
They massicared the IS-3 now it get’s uptierd to 8.3 which it armor becomes extra spall

You forgot the reload, mate. And the targeting speed. And the gun depression. And the low penatration (206 mm) your top shell has (BR-472D has too little angled pen). You forgot this thing gets to fight the stupid Turm 3!

With the Duck being able to one-shot anything at 2.3, and the simple fact that the 9K still can’t be a proper fighter AND it was trash before the APHE…

The reload is fine for me specially with the reverse speed of the IS3 allowing You to quickly disengage, and the Turm 3 it’s under br’d
Mobility it’s debatable since mobility was always very good in My experience for being a heavy tank, it has been very responsive and as for depression that is something every russian tank lacks, the reload speed of the IS 3 it’s slow but You can quickly disengage after shooting thanks to it’s reverse speed
You are comparing a strike aircraft equipped with a long anti tank 75 mm gun with no turn rate and being much bigger and hesvier against a fighter with a 45 mm performing over the standard, the Ap was fine since it allowed You to bully ground targets but without being op as heck now APHE does the same but at way way too much penetration for an APHE on a short autocannon

I’ve been observing the dynamic from 2013, that’s a different story. My point of playing only one nation is not a matter of ideals or something, I simply came here to have fun. I’ve done my grinding, now I’m enjoying the result.
Observing and participating in the meta/dynamic are 2 very different things.
This is why, from my experience, nation mains usually have a very skewed opinion on topics like overall balance, meta and vehicle performance.
