Are the mbts overtiered, their survivability arent that great, the ammunition are a bit mediocre compared to the counter parts like t72 or t64 which are generally better armor and ammunition wise
idk about the rise p since it can pen the counter part but suffer a bit because against apds or fsds it suffer

The XM803/kPz70 is fine where they are, as mobility is really damn good for its BR. It’s one of the few tanks at 8.0-9.0 that I’m positive with. M60’s though definitely are a struggle, the armor is almost useless and the sluggish mobility of the M60’s is really irritating to deal with.
mobility and the atgm is the only thing that its good at otherwise the apfsds round are abysmal, the armor are also way worse than its counterpart. Only the atgm is decent enough but then your already dead when ur agtm is out of the barrel

Yeah idk why that APFSDS round is so weak but I’ve been able to use it, just need to aim for weakspots or flank with it. Just wait till you experience M735 that shell is worse imo and only has 292mm of pen and terrible performance at 10.0+.
yeah because its actually bad, the tts which is 0.3 br lower can actually pen due to it having m774 round instead of the abysmal apfsds the mbts have + the tts or the rise p can actually withstand an atgm shot on the front but this thing basically just die or disable
moving it 0.3 lower wont hurt either since the armor can work better even tho its still bad but then the mobility would help it

The MBT/KPZ-70 and XM803 excel at mobility and Gun handle (with laser range finder) than others.
But due to majority of map being small or in urban place thus its might seem underwhelming. Gaijin really need to balance Small vs Large map potion at top-tier.
As for M60A1 Rise. it an ok tank. That about it. not too bad not too great.
