Why is the Typhoons radar so slow?

Yo, so this isn’t a thread where I post proof of why it should be buffed or nerved etc.
I just whant to ask this: Why does the Radar on all the Typhoon variants feel so incredebly slow compared to other radars. For example the new Kifir C10’s radar is so much faster compared to that of the Typhoon, even though its my understanding that the Typhoons radar sould be scanning quicker than it.

So I just whant to find out why this might be, and would be grateful for anyone who could explain this to me.

from what i know the typhoon has a pulse doppler radar, the antenna motion of a pulse-Doppler radar must be slow enough to process return signals from at least three different PRFs. its called the dwell affect. if im wrong please correct me :)

its also just a different radar, with more range so needs to scan slower to be able to get the return signals back.
