VERY late to this thread, bit it mainly boils down to the Swift’s arguably better flight performance. Its rudder doesn’t lock up and become unusable past 900 kmh and the lack of an afterburner. Yeah, the Swift only gets the nose guided missiles with like 4 g’s of pull but I prefer those to Aim 9B’s due to the easy headon capabilities.
