Sure, if your definition of “crying about the opposite” is me highlighting how the SMT is still better than what most nations get, and that Russian/Chinese sources shouldn’t be trusted as much as Western ones (not a controversial take).

It’s ironic that people like you cry so much about derailing and off-topic posting, when you guys do it more than anyone.

Virtually everything about the Starstreak/Stormer HVM is gimped, so it wouldn’t surprise me.

Tbh it doesn’t seem like they’ve invested much effort into the Starstreak/Stormer at all. Even though it was released years ago.

They could also make the ADATS an SPAA like it should be, but then the Rus-Rus-Boos would be upset.

No one plays Britain and therefore we are a low priority.

The only thing Britain is good for
is the appreciate all other tech trees

If you think your current main Nation is bad play a few Matches of British tanks or planes in some extent and you are happy again wen you Switch back

Got the First Griffon Spitfire was happy until I realized they completely butched the spitfire to get an "high altitude Fighter "

Basically instead of a great low altitude Turnfighter
They made a Master of non

High altitude is p47 ta152 territory
At high altitude you need Energy,speed,weapons,
And control at Speed the spitfire lacks all that

Basically, Its the only nation I play. But yes, basically. If you want to have fun play US and USSR, if you want to get good at the game, play Britain.

I fucking phased through a Su-25 and a Chinese helicopter I’m fucking done. THEN I managed to pen the side of a T-90A and kill it. What the fuck?

I won’t play 10.3 British until it’s fixed, getting drones on an up tier and constantly bombed without any way to fight back is just insufferable.

We aren’t even asking for the Stormer to have the bad implementation improved. For example:

  • Launcher does not calculate lead for slewing
  • The flight performance of the dartlets and/or guidance computer isn’t sufficient to get on target without lots of manual lead. Something we can see you do not need to do irl from multiple videos in this thread
  • Projectiles burn excessive energy spiralling for no reason
  • IRST can’t pick up anything past 7km
  • The minimum firing range is excessively large
  • The dartlets explode at 7km even though there is no evidence of this maximum range
  • The dartlets trigger MAWS even when the motor has finished burning

I accept they will probably never make any of the above improvements. But at least make the missile useable ffs.

Is there a recent bug report opened by someone on the issue (hit detecion)?

If yes it would be great to have the link to share it between everybody who is affected.

On my end i cannot hit fast targets like jets, on helicopters its 50/50, depending on the gamesession.

afew patches back they would loose lock if a heli used flares, i had to argue like fk to get across its immune to countermeasures. it’s like every opportunity gaijin gets to fk with it they do.

But now Stormer HVM is so broken and nobody want to fix it idk why but if i shoow missile to the aircraft dosent blow up just fly cross to the enemy aircraft WTF

Yeah, it’s broken unfortunately, and there seems to be zero urgency in regards to getting it fixed.

Bug reports are ignored so not a lot else we can do about it.
