5.3 seconds is the expert crew, and 5.8 seconds is the non-expert crew.

A 6.5 sec reload requires no crew investment whatsoever
Full Reload + Full Leadership + Expert, which I would consider way more standard, is 5.3s

Yes because everyone has a full reload, full leadership, and expert on every crew… on every tank. You think that’s standard? laughable.

You’re at Rank VIII so yes, the bulk of crew levels is made up of Vitality/Agility/Repair/Awareness levelling, you can easily have several crews with full reload by Rank V if not earlier

Same could be said about a Leopard 2 or any other tank with 6 second reload.
With full leadership and reloading skill, you still have 5.8 second reload which is still faster than a Leopard 2 with an ace crew.
Are you looking at your own stats? Because your M1A2 and SEP K/Ds are the ones hovering around 1.2 and the M1A1 HC being around 1.6.
Meanwhile my M1A1 HC, M1A2, SEPv1 and SEPv2 all have around 1.6 K/D.
So either you are looking at the wrong stats, you are lying, or your math is not very good.

IRL they are always fully loaded with ammo plus fuel explosion after two hits.
the abrams turret is not designed to " fly off " i dont know what you all are seeing.

Exactly. Which gives the Abrams a reload advantage over a Leopard with the same crew.
Just with max reload + leadership, which you absolutely should have for top tier, you still outreload an aced Leopard.

why wouldn’t you spend SL for Expert crew? I didn’t even bring up Ace.
the benefits aren’t just reload, you don’t even need to do it for a full lineup since there’s not much value in Experting SPAA for example, 2 maybe 3 tanks max, more if you really want to I guess
this all reads like a very contrived and weird way to write off the M1s reload

like i said i havent visited US top tier in years, your k/ds arent very good your m1a2 with 600 deaths and 900 kills thats a 1.5, your sep v2 also a 1.5 your sep is 1.7 all very beatable, look at my leclrecs they are the latest nation i played at top tier and their tanks play almost exactly like an abrams (both my leclrecs have higher k/ds than any of ur abrams lol)
