Why is the F-15l stuck with aim9L for the stock grind?

Every other 13.7 and 14.0 has access to 2x irccm and 2x fox3.

Yet the israeli F-15l ra’am is stuck with aim9Ls till tier 3 modifications.

there is AIM-9M, but for some reason default config is with 9L
try creating custom loadouts with 9M

Yes that works, so only the stock config is wrong.
