Why is Mirage 2000D RMV higher BR than Mirage 2000 CS5?

The Mirage 2000Ds in general have too high a BR in Air RB, but with the recent BR changes, they are even more silly now. Exactly what makes the RMV so much better than the CS5 even though it needs a heavy gun pod (if you want a gun at all) while already being a heavier airframe? Further you only get 2 air to air missiles and those were already available on the Mirage F1. Finally, you can’t even carry enough dumb bombs to wipe a single base.

The Mirage 2000D (not RMV) at 12.3 doesn’t make much sense either. It is not superior to the CS5 in any way that is relevant to Air RB.

So… why?

This aircraft just doesn’t make sense at the BR.

Both Mirage 2000D and D-RMV should go down by 0.3, but it won’t happen because reasons
Tbh the devs probably just forgot those exist, the br changes seem to indicate that a lot of over/undertiered vehicles are still there simply because they completely forgot about them
