Not so much because their one trick (109s) are 1 circles, and u can’t kill with 1 chance due to bad damage, so u are then forced into an energy fight, where u loose afterburner in a few seconds and have next to no chance against Yak or literally anything. The guns basically single handedly destroyed the german planes cause it stops them from utilising their advantages.
Which is just not true. look above at damage comparisons. To do similar damage, MG151 has to have worse ballistics.
I’ve had to shoot a wyvern 87 times before he lost his wings, 9 of which are 20mm rounds, and 3 of which hit the same area. Meanwhile 3 50 cals have done the job.
