If counter rotating props cancels out the torque from p-factor, why doesn’t ME 410 get the same? Is it a limitation of the engine?
Are you sure that they don’t counter rotate IRL? Could have just been an oversight/simplification on Gaijin’s part?
OTOH;
Counter rotating props require different engines for each side, and by the time of the 410 they were looking to simplify manufacturing and service. So maybe it is historically accurate.

It’s historically accurate. Me-410s had 2x DB 603A engines so they rotate the same way.
A counter-clockwise rotating version, DB 603D was developed with the intention to be fitted opposite the 603A on later models of Me-410, but couldn’t be produced due to Allied bombing putting strain on engine production.
