What countries block War Thunder and why?
I think it is your screen’s vertical resolution who can’t show the down of the launcher. The “play” button is masked behind your window’s interface.

My computer does not support displaying medium sized text on the launcher

I think if you hit “Enter” in your keyboard it forces starts the game without you having to click on start button at the bottom right
