Sweden is a minor nation. If you cannot grasp this, you’re not worth engaging with.

Small nation irl, but quite popular in game. There isn’t really any excuse for not adding this, it’s not like Gaijin can’t afford it.
The real reason is because it’s not the US or Russia. They get the most stuff and attention.
I think any nation that continuously gets new top tier vehicles and improvements shouldn’t be considered a minor nation.
Sweden has only recently started getting remotely consistent toptier additions. But if we follow that logic, there are essentially 0 minor nations given that the major focus recently has been adding things to toptier for all nations. Prior to that, Sweden would wait upwards of 6 months for new additions.
Both on that front, and by player base, Sweden is a minor nation. It is not remotely hard to grasp.
What is a minor nation? It’s a term made up by the player base.
The only nations that never have to wait are literally Russia and the USA. Thats why they get RWR warnings in their native language.

You’re right, it was defined by the community. By community consensus regarding that definition, Sweden is a minor nation in much the same way as Britain or France. Fun how language works isn’t it? Really shouldn’t have to explain this to you, it does not take a linguistics course to grasp.
Regardless, Russia and America do receive favouritism. I do not disagree with this. But you can make that argument without going “This thing isn’t right because I disagree with it in spite of it being inline with accepted parlance”.
What’s the point you’re trying to make here? That a made up term is fun?
They can’t even come to an agreement on what constitutes a “minor” nation. I’ve heard that it’s a nation that doesn’t get as much attention as the “big 3” but one only 2 of those nations get attention and upgrades and special treatment.
Then I’ve heard it’s based on how many vehicles a nation has, but that just doesn’t make sense to me. Some nations were involved with more conflicts then others and some produced or used more vehicles then others. It hardly seems fair.
I just don’t like something as trivial to be chalked up to “minor nation” when said minor nation gets treaty fairly well in terms of amount of vehicles they receive at top tier as well as receiving many meta vehicles in a very timely manner. As well as getting special treatment like getting trialed vehicles while other nations get no such treatment.
Why do people who “main” “minor “ nations get so snarky? Do you have to be a smarmy type of person to play them? I play a lot of Italy, should I be doing that?
