Man, from what I can see, you have 16 rank 8 planes, out of which 9 are USA, 4 are French, one Swedish, one German, and one is Russian, that being the SU33.
From that, we can assume you never flew the Flankers with the old, extremely garbage FM, and yet, even with the buffed FM, what’s the lowest K/D out of all your Rank 8s? The SU33, at 0.3 K/D, a vehicle from a nation you say does not suffer from underpowered aircraft. It’s a worse K/D than your Tornado IDS MFG, and your JA37 F21.
Meanwhile your F14s are hovering from 0.8 to 1.4 K/D, the highest being the IRIAF. F15s and F16s hovering around 1.0, and Rafale and CS4 at 1.0~1.4 K/D as well.
It would kinda help your argument that RU does not suffer at top tier and the USA does, if that 1.4 K/D was at the SU33 and the 0.3 at the IRIAF. Right now, all your USA/French rank 8s have better stats than that SU33.

That’s an objective disadvantage in BVR fights that needs to be addressed. If Gaijin wants actual balance, they should either give F/A-18Cs AIM-120Cs or adjust the Su-30SM’s missiles accordingly. Asking for fair gameplay isn’t hypocrisy—it’s just common sense.

If Gaijin wants balance, they should introduce AIM-120Cs for the U.S., and if necessary, upgrade AMRAAM equivalents for other nations too. That way, no one is forced into a defensive position before they even have a chance to fight back.

I have only a handful of matches at the top of the top rank but needless to say, F-15E were a lot much scarier than Su-27/30SM.
I rather fight against Su-30SM than F-15C/E when I play my plane.

because until they change how they model drag (and fix the crux of the r-77 derivatives being bad) the 77-1 is still worse than the 120a/b against anything other than bots and players that act like bots.

The F-15E at 10,500 meters and Mach 1.68 fires an AIM-120B that hits Mach 4.30. Meanwhile, a Su-30 cruising lower at 7,000 meters and Mach 1.30 launches its R-77-1and that missile still reaches almost the same speed as the AIM-120B But people act like the F15e altitude and speed automatically make its 120B unbeatable against the R-77-1 Come on Even if the 120B edges out the R-77-1, it’d be by a tiny margin, not some landslide victory.
And let’s talk about the jets themselves. The Su-30’s slower at Mach 1.30, but that doesn’t mean it’s helpless. Being slower and lower actually lets it notch missiles faster and pull harder turns compared to the F-15E hauling ass at Mach 1.70. Plus, the Su-30 can carry 12 R-77-1s versus the F-15E 6-8 AIM-120B Volume matters in a dogfight you can’t dodge forever
That’s why the F18C needs the AIM-120C-5. The C-5 has better guidance close the gap against the R-77-1 especially since the Hornet isn’t as fast as the F-15E The 120B just doesn’t cut it anymore against in f18c please don’t say you saying add it to f15e I’m only talking about how f18c with 120c-5 actually a good counter to su30 r77-1
