I asked Gaijin Support about this, my friend. I don’t know what would be configured in the bug report and how they would view it. If you could help me, I would appreciate it, and it would bring more realism to the game. Besides, I have proof and sources!

We can find a section of the A4 flight manual which states that “in the event of landing gear failure without two external fuel tanks installed, ejection is mandatory.”

Actually, A21s have had them “bolted” by default before recent changes. In fact, it used to be one of those external defining features of A21A when it comes to distinguishing it from J21As.
So yeah, it is just that devs now separated these fuel tanks from the complete model of A21A. It is not that they added them. They simply made them removable (which is honestly good as those kind of made flight performance worse with unnecessary extra fuel you would never use anyway)

Realistic players need to understand: simulation players appreciate historical elements and aesthetics, because in SB (Surface Simulation) what matters most is situational awareness and maximizing the use of aircraft, while in RB (Radio Simulation) less historical elements are used to take advantage of better equipment.

Maybe I didn’t want anyone’s opinion because I already had all the historical facts on the table. I was looking for a solution, and how could I request something so simple from the game? Literally a tank that already exists on several fighter jets in the game, just apply it to the A4. But people always look out for themselves. I appreciate the American saying! But there’s a Brazilian one that’s even better: A dog that barks a lot doesn’t bite.
