Why does the Boxer MGS have irst auto tracker but not the CT-CV 105HP?

What is the difference between these two other than the hull?
They appear to have to same optics / turret / gun.

Is this another case of German bias? Such as how the Pzh2000’s M107( PF) round is 400 meters faster than the Vidar’s despite being the same cannon and shell?
