What is the difference between these two other than the hull?
They appear to have to same optics / turret / gun.
Is this another case of German bias? Such as how the Pzh2000’s M107( PF) round is 400 meters faster than the Vidar’s despite being the same cannon and shell?
No, German players suck so much that they need a-historical buffs to be competitive
must be oversight either M107 is to fast on Both PZH2000 or it’s to slow on Vidar.
IRST for me makes no sense on 105mm armed turret.
Vidar is too slow they have the same cannon but nobody has bug reported it for the vidar which is fine for me since it lets me shoot from behind cover unlike the Pzh 2000

The only shared component is the gun, but even that one has seen major upgrades over the years.
I don’t have the exact optics name on hand for the CT-CV 105HP turret (yes, the name of the turret is the name of the vehicle in-game, which still hits weird):
