No, T-90M gets cleaned by the bias crew.
It’s not a camo problem, it’s just the standards look of a tank looks rusty while others look clean, every Abrams is this way for some reason.

Its weird since the T-90 still gets worn paint on edges but it doesnt get dirt like the abrams. The leopard has some dirt but doesnt look rusty. Maybe the abrams they used as a model was a museum piece that was left outside

Well the US vehicles are the most used in training in compare than other nations, thats why they do look rusted, just as US modern ships vs Chinese modern ships.
Tho I dont think this was intended by Gaijin.
Also their camos are old, people prefer to download the ones created by people and not play with the ingame camos, they’re added the SEPV3 but with zero new paints at all, even if they make one it’s going to be behind a paywall.
I don’t like that too. Tanks of this expense are treated with great care. I get Gajin reasoning and I like sights of usage in general but new Abrams’es are rusty as hell, to the extent they look like abondoned polygon leftovers for shooting at.
