Why does HMS Liverpool have no scout plane?

The rank IV BR 5.7 light cruiser HMS Liverpool historically could carry 3 supermarine walrus’s, thus aircraft is already in the game and is on some of the other british cruisers yet not on liverpool, why is this? Please fix as soon as possible as it is simply not fair to the players of this vehicle

She is in 1944 configuration in the game, which means no catapult as it was removed in mid 1943 aswell as loosing the 4th turret.
