Why does Gaijin refuse to acknowledge the vulnerability at the bottom of the 99A turret?

In the recent major version update, the geometric model of ZTZ99A has been modified. but there have also been some new errors.
the most serious issue among them is the turret armor problem.
we tried to report this error using the issues section, but all attempts were rejected.
99A turret hit box error .650mm thicknes only have 100mmKE // Gaijin.net // Issues

from this image, it can be seen that the KE at the bottom of the 99A turret is only 360mm.
This also includes the KE value brought by ERA.
If ERA is removed, the thickness of this area is only ≈ 100KE.
but the thickness of this part is ≈ 650mm, how could it be only 100KE?
this not turret ring. this armor .

this is my verification process:
due to the China tank imitating the Soviet 750mm diameter load-bearing wheels. so the thickness can be measured using wheels.
according to pixel ranging, the NERA armor thickness at the bottom of the turret is approximately 576.9mm.(not included ERA)
If the homogeneous steel armor of the turret is also included .
(65mm in the game,If including tilt angle, increase by at least 10mm).
576.9+65+10≈651.9mm thickness.
In the game, at least 500+KE should be provided here. but it only has 100KE.
we have not encountered such a problem before. It appeared in version 2.39.

some people have discovered through data mining that there is a vulnerability in the middle of the collision box at the bottom of the turret. not fully filled.
It could also be caused by other issues.

Redo the model, but worse

Every time gaijin makes a new car or resets a model it always brings bugs, and there is no way to predict when serious bugs will be fixed.

“If you believe that some of characteristics are wrong, you have to provide sources. We can’t accept report without them.”
He actually used this sentence like a repeating machine to answer all the reports, and anyone with reading and comprehension abilities can see that such obvious problems do not require additional reports.
His behavior can only prove one thing: he cannot directly refute this report, he can only copy a vulgar reason and exercise his veto power.

One thing very clear: gaijin doesn’t want to spend any more time on 99A, although I don’t know why gaijin’s “reset” works so badly

Weird armor. Looks like a bug.

  • ZTZ99A — a bug that knocked out the crew when the lower frontal plate was fired at with medium-caliber HE shells has been fixed. ([Report]
This can prove that Gaijin has been paying attention to reports related to the 99A, and they are not unwilling to spend time. I believe that fixing the turret armor errors is not much more difficult than fixing the aforementioned errors.

This is a perfunctory answer that makes people feel angry.

but they refuse to acknowledge it

This is the same stuff they pulled on the Challenger 2’s mantlet remodel.

No matter how much you point at it and yell at them, they wont concede.

Its the unfortunate reality we live in.

lets see… it was about 19 or so patches ago when these issues came into play. No one knows why gaijin refuses to fix them.

no… they know about it, people told them this on old forums.

some of these places are gun mounts . also some places where the armor has dents.
so it can be penetrated.

gaijin why not take China seriously?

Unless it’s a T-Series tank it ain’t getting any armor. Just ask the Merkava, Ariete, Leclerc, Type 10, Abrams, & Chally 2 players.

Different times, different issues. If not urged, these issues will never be discovered and fixed.

I just wanted to ask a question: why doesn’t Gaijin accept reports from data mining?

Ope, my post was hidden, I love censorship

can we see this issue fixed in this update?

We updated 99a again, but kept a bunch of bugs so you know you’re playing a CN
