Why do Xbox players get ignored when it comes to sales?

It’s really frustrating being an Xbox player and seeing all these great pack sales on other platforms—yet we consistently get left out. Why is there such a lack of support or equal treatment for Xbox users?

To make things worse, Gaijin banned account transfers, so we’re locked into a platform that gets fewer benefits and no flexibility. And if you’re a console-native account trying to play on PC, you can’t even buy pack vehicles directly. You literally have to log back into Xbox to make the purchase, then return to PC to play. That’s just ridiculous.

Why is it this difficult just to play and enjoy the game equally across platforms? Are there any plans to fix this?

To add: I started playing around 2017 on Xbox then build a pc 3 years ago so have an Xbox native account on PC.

It is a bit ridiculous how this is an issue every time, but the communication on it is so muddled. Ask Gaijin, they say it’s Microsoft. Ask Microsoft, they say it’s Gaijin. I wish there was more transparency as to why Xbox by far gets the worst end of the stick when it comes to pack sales. In an ideal world alternatives such as making pack vehicles available for GE during sales on Xbox could be explored, but it’s hard to see them spending that much effort on the platform that is already the least cared for. It’s a shame really, there is an opportunity for players to get what the want and for Gaijin to make more money (sales do drive purchases after all) but it’s been like this since the game came out on Xbox.
