Why do all jet attackers in this game have rather very poor rudder authority?

Say A7 Corsair, Alpha Jet, Su25, Harriers and Su7//17/22, Jaguar, Buccaneer and AMX are some of the jets i could fly out and test both in battle and in hangar test. Found out these have very bad rudder authority overall making the transition from flying straight to a deflection very hard, prone to missing most of your shots.

Why? Is it canon in real life or just something quirky?

Try flying with simulator controls.

unironically enough flying in full real controls negates the rudder issues at least on the alpha jet i just tested now.

Instructor in realistic control isnt great. It needs some rework. It often limits the performance of many aircrafts.
