How do you use the AIM-9M to fight the FOX3?

No radar MSL。FOX3 kills F16A so easily。Such a bad plane.

Doesn’t the French F-6 (or whatever subtree nation it belongs too) have Aim-120s? I thought it was 13.7 but it just didn’t have HMD which was the big downside.
Either way, Aim-9Ms at only 13.3 is actually pretty decent, although ARH will slap ya yes.
F16 A(France) and F16AM (France) are two different aircraft.

Either Way, Aim-9Ms on an F-16 is worthy of a 13.3 BR if you ask me. The Gripen A should also be 13.3, since it’s literally the exact same thing hurt better (because HMD and BOL)

You may not be able to beat them in a BVR joust, but you will destroy something like a F4F-ICE, Torando F3 late or Mig-29SMT with absolute ease after the merge. Even the Su-27s are vulnerable to you
Fly low at 30-50m and most Fox-3s wont hit you, then notch and chaff to totally defeat them. Then once the BVR phase of the fight is over, you will be one of the strongest aircraft in the lobby.

My real answer: France tax
It’s because it is an F-16A Block 10(?) body (best dogfighter in game). Having it at the same BR as something like the Italian ADF Block 15 wouldn’t really be fair because it has better FP and better IR missiles, only way to get it to a reasonable BR is decompression. (Yes before anyone says it the F-15A/J/Baz and Gripen A should be 13.3 too)

Because unlike the other 13.0 F-16As, it gets 9Ms instead of 9Ls, which gaijin believes makes it worthy of going up a br step (which is fair, 9Ms are a lot better than Ls) but unfortunately with how compressed air is that single br step hurts a lot.

I thinks this plane better at 12.7, the ADF use 9L but what about their 7m?

and 9m nowdays works bad.

6 AIM 9m is much better than the 2 aim 7 or the 4 aim 9L, you can also trade a missile for the extra countermeasures unlike the 12.7 ones wich have just 60 of them, not to mention the f16 a is currently also 12.7 with just aim 9L…it is fine at 13.0
You are hugely underrating the 9M (which is an incredibly good IR missile, and you’d have 6 of them at an extremely low BR for an F-16 with 9Ms…) and overrating sparrows as well as the other IRCCM missiles which often aren’t universally as good like the 9m is.
